Vicky has been leading group and personal fitness classes since 2010 and has coached sports teams for more than 20 years.  Although Vicky has been involved in sports all her life, she made personal fitness a priority in her life after the birth of her daughter. Staying active is now a priority for her instead of a once in a while  thing.

Fitness Philosophy

Lets LIVE, not just exist.  LIVING is about the mind, body and the soul being well.  I want to move, laugh and love. To do this takes making the right choices every day.  Over the years I have learned what living well means. I love to inspire and motivate others to LIVE well.
