Group Fitness Classes

Below is an overview of the fitness classes offered at the HUB. Class schedule changes monthly, and not all classes are offered all the time.

Hoop Strong

This is a low impact, all cored based workout using the Hula Hoop.

Redneck Bar

A low impart, total body workout using a combination of postures inspired by ballet and other disciplines like yoga and Pilates.


High Intensity Interval Training is a 30 minute high impact, cardio and total body workout.  If you aren't sweating, you are doing it right!


A full body workout using bodyweight exercises to develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.

Step and Sweat

A moderate to high impact cardio workout.


A full-body cardio and conditioning class that gives you the permission to rock using lightly weighted exercise drumsticks

Stretch and Strong

A low to medium impact total body workout.

Terrific Tabatas

A moderate to high impact, high intensity total body workout. It consists of rounds of ultra-high-intensity exercises in a specific 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off interval


A low to moderate total body exercise in which you move your body into various positions in order to become more fit or flexible, to improve your breathing, and to relax your mind.

Chair Yoga

 A gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support.

Restorative Yoga

It is the centering of your breath and body - aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness or gentle movement for extended periods of time


Zumba Gold

A low to moderate total body workout  featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to Latin American dance music.
