Group Fitness Classes

Below is an overview of the fitness classes offered at the HUB.
Most classes can be adapted to almost any level of fitness. 

Talk to your instructor ahead of time about your fitness goals, limitations or concerns.

Hoop Strong

This is a low impact, all cored based workout using the Hula Hoop.


High Intensity Interval Training is a 30 minute high impact, cardio and total body workout.  If you aren't sweating, you are doing it right!

Step and Sweat

A moderate to high impact cardio workout.

Balance & Stretch

Understand how your body maintains physical balance. Strengthen muscles, correct your posture and improve your range of motion to improve your balance and functional movement. This class includes low-intensity muscular strengthening, cognitive sharpening and dynamic and static stretching

Terrific Tabatas

A moderate to high impact, high intensity total body workout. It consists of rounds of ultra-high-intensity exercises in a specific 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off interval


A low to moderate total body exercise in which you move your body into various positions in order to become more fit or flexible, to improve your breathing, and to relax your mind.

Chair Yoga

 A gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support.

Restorative Yoga

It is the centering of your breath and body - aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness or gentle movement for extended periods of time



Movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to Latin American dance music.
